Scenic Nevada has selected winning photographs in their 2010 Photo Contest "Beauty or Blight" for Nevada High School Students and Adults. The purpose of the Scenic Nevada 2010 "Photo Contest" for high school students and adults is to create an awareness of the importance of preserving, protecting and enhancing the scenic character of Nevada.
Judges of over 813 individual photographs from throughout Nevada were: Penny Roskoski, Chairperson (Photographer), Bob Goodman (Photographer & Writer), Marilyn Melton (Artist), Neal Cobb (Reno Historin), Marilyn Newton (Professional Photographer), and Billy Naylor (Secnic Nvada Board Member).
